Mr. Sittel is working as a Project Manager for the Effizienz-Agentur North Rhine-Westphalia (Efficiency-Agency NRW). He is responsible for the coordination of the german PIUS-Network (PIUS is the short german abbreviation for cleaner production) and also head of the office of the PIUS-Internet-Portal (www.pius-info.de). In addition to that he has more than 13 years experience in planning and consulting projects in the German manufacturing industry – mainly in the SME sector (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises). His consulting expertise is focused on changing business towards lower resource consumption utilizing both, technological approaches and cost analysis.
