This workshop will review and discuss sustainability strategies for transparent and credible supply / value chain management, including use of tools such as labels and partnering.

• Why is a transparent and credible global supply chain important? What is the role of partnering across supply and value chains on an international scale?
• What are the benefits and challenges of a transparent and credible global supply chain?
• What are the lessons learnt from applied standards and labels (incl. verification and auditing challenges)? Can labels reflect the life-cycle impact of a product?
• What are the latest trends in converging social and environmental standards and label criteria?
