The Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe (REC) carries out its mission through its eight theme-based programmes. The REC has studied the region's environment and guided its stakeholders for more than 15 years. REC experience and knowledge, gained in concert with its donors and beneficiaries alike, represent both an asset for future work and a responsibility of everyone involved.
