Short biography

Dr. rer. pol. Hubertus Bardt, born in 1974 in Bonn; studies of economics and business administration in Marburg and Hagen, doctorate at the Philips-Universität Marburg; since 2000 at the Cologne Institute for Economic Research, since 2005 specialist for energy and environmental policy and head of the Research Center Economics and Environment, furthermore editor of the IW-Umwelt-Service.
