Short biography

Dr. rer. pol. Hendrik Biebeler, born in 1969 in Cologne; studies of economics and sociology at the University of Cologne; from 1995 to 2000 research assistant at the Institute for Applied Social Sciences of the University of Cologne; here doctorate in 2000 to the topic “Social standards and environmental behaviour”; in 2000/2001 director of studies at a market research institution; since 2002 at the Cologne Institute for Economic Research, Research Center Economics and Environment.
