Compentence Network Distributed Energy Technologies

During the past 25 years, more than 100 companies, research institutes and service providers, as well as the University of Kassel, have built the deENet network to focus on distributed energy plants, their integration into existing energy supply systems, sustainable building, rational energy use and climate-efficient production methods.

 

In particular, the network has built strong competence in the area of electrical systems technology - i.e. the control and operation of distributed plants and their integration into electrical supply systems. For instance, the network has demonstrated decentralized energy supply for individual properties and housing developments as well as whole regions.
