Development of a resource-efficient drying technology for ceramic products (DRY-CONTROL)

Description: Energy intensive production of ceramics generates up to 5% cracks. Selective drying with microwaves and testing reduces that fraction.

Objective: Increase feedstock productivity > 1550t/pa. Emission reduction > 2200t/pa CO2.

Outlook: More process stability in production of large parts.
